Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by KB Valet Centre of 56-58 Forthill Street, Enniskillen BT74 6AJ.

By using our services, you agree and accept to the following terms -

 

Booking and Payments:

Booking services in advance is preferred and a deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.

Bookings can be made by phone or in person.

Walk ins are accepted, but subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All services must be paid for in full before leaving the premises. No exceptions.

Payments can be made by cash, Paypal, BACS, KB Gift Voucher and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Prices quoted are dependent on the condition of the vehicle and will be confirmed prior to work being carried out.

 

Cancellations, No Shows and Arriving Late:

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations of less than 24 hours and no shows will result in forfeiting the deposit paid.

Late arrivals may not be accepted, and deposit will be forfeited. 15 minutes grace will be given on all appointments.

 

Vehicle Condition:

Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair removal or biohazard cleaning such as vomit or urine may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed excessively dirty or unsafe.

 

Personal Belongings:

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle before handing over keys. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

 

Damage:

We take extremely good care during all cleaning and valeting procedures, but we are not liable for-

Pre-existing damage or defects such as paint chips or rust

Damage resulting from faulty or loose parts

Loss or damage to personal left in the vehicle

If damage occurs due to negligence on the part of KB Valet Centre, customers report it before leaving the premises. We will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Our site has full CCTV coverage including inside the valeting and detailing bays.

 

Baby Seats and Booster Seats:

We are happy to clean both baby seats, chid seats and booster seats as part of our valeting service. However, for safety and liability reasons we do not refit or reinstall these seats once cleaning is completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any child restraint is correctly and securely refitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. We accept no liability for the incorrect installation of ant child or booster seat; this includes seats that are removed from the vehicle to allow cleaning.

 

Insurance:

KB Valet Centre is fully insured to drive customer vehicles both on site and on public roads as required for the provision of our services. We also hold comprehensive insurance coverage for working on and cleaning vehicles. Your car is in safe hands with us.

 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
